Also, doesn’t it seem that this happens more with female teachers and male students? I wonder how many of these teachers were abuse victims themselves? Not to excuse it, but it might explain the “why pimply teens” part of it. It’s obviously got to do with power, and you’re right that the ethnicity thing adds a whole other layer to that.

Doll- as is to be expected you have an amazing perspective on these matters. I agree- race is an important factor here- not because it is taboo to have sexual relations between races but because we still consider differences in the human race, well different. Aren’t we all a part of the human race? Except of course for George Bush and Larry Craig.
