Just realised the second pair of boots are wellies/waders. I think my Dad used to have those for fishing.

Omg. The upside down coat is ridiculous.
Although, if you sewed the arms shut with zippers inserted, you could store shit in them. No need for a purse.
Which is perfect, since your arms appear to be strapped down by the belt. And you couldnt carry one.
