Well its true that shipping her off to jail won’t really solve much besides giving her delusional head a dose of reality, but apparently she is required to do a 90 day inpatient rehab program after her jail time. She already went to voluntary rehab as well as alcohol education classes, but her failure to complete the judges requirements is whats landed her in the pokey.

Hah, her lawyers face just looks like “oh my god I can’t wait until I don’t have to deal with this loony bitch anymore.”

How on earth is jail the best place for Lilo? She needs more specific help for her many problems and substance abuse. I think it is horrid and get absolutely no pleasure in seeing this kind of thing happen. OK she is a fuckwit, but jail? Ah no, I don’t think so.

I do feel sorry for her, but not because she’s going to jail, which is probably the best thing for her (though it did a fuck of a lot of good for Paris Hilton), but because she’s so pathetically immature. That display in the courtroom was pitiful. She probably wasn’t born with a lot of smarts, but having a douchebag of a father and being surrounded by yes-men since she was a child clearly did not help. She sounds like a little kid talking to the judge. It’s very, very sad. I took no pleasure in watching that.

I’ve read some parts of that movie script… it’s… weird. Specially the part they encourage her to have sex with a dog. I’m pretty sure I don’t want to watch Lindsay Lohan having sex with dogs.

WTF is up with the USA? Why is a messed-up girl in her 20s put in fucking jail for fuck’s sake? Your prisons are the most overcrowded in the world because people are chucked in for relatively minor stuff. Did Lilo kill someone, did she deal copious amounts of drugs? Does not this wretched person need help of a different kind?

I’ve not kept up with Lindsay Lohan, have never seen her on TV or in a movie or anything, so all I know is what I just saw in the video and what other commenters have said. It looks like she definitely needs some serious help, and although I feel like she should serve every day of that sentence for endangering others with her DUIs, etc., 90 days in stir probably isn’t going to help one iota & most likely will aggravate her spoiled-brattedness & various issues. Make her an even more effective punk, kind of thing. I do wonder if the ba-hoo-hoo wasn’t a huge act.

I am sorry she is an addict (booze, whatever), but she is going to jail for DUI and related offenses. If she was some random poor, non-celebrity kid with that kind of record, she would do time. And so she should.
