This sort of chastity belt was made by “Nasty Stanley” (Stanley Lescewicz) from Sun City. Somewhere I read an interview with him published at http://www.phoenixnewtime.com “Lock up your Daughters” by Robert L. Pela, October 16, 2003.

Over the years I saw 4 of these chastity belts.
Some were smooth on surface, some had engravings made of dimples like this one.

The materials were described as: “from stainless steel, solid copper and a lot of thrift-store costume jewelry … shiny and fur-lined … lock and key”.

It came with an 11 page hand-lettred instruction booklet.
