Well have I got the fix for you! Works for me at any rate. Whenever I see on the horizon the possibility there's a good part I wouldn't have, in my youth, ever dared to miss I simply unscrew the top off one of those little 1 ounce bottles (only 4 calories!) of 5-hour ENERGY I've had my girlfriend stockpile near my bedside. On sober reflections of my youth's "good parts" I've discovered that the good part generally, took up only about an hour of my time. The thing about having the five hours to work with is, two hours to pack in finding a parking spot and a spot in the queue then to make my "enjoying space" comfy. The one hour enjoying the good part. Then the last two hours spent dragging my ass back to my bed. Now that I know there's an episode of Investigative TV to tune to, making up my sleep deficit ought not be so tiring as it was when I was limited to Andy Griffith reruns. You've scratched my back (figuratively) Sis and now I pray I've fulfilled my part scratching, again figuratively, yours! Two peas in a pod er, box of chocolates er, you do know what I mean doncha?

i always love your writing and perspective. i left off at stigmata and just got caught up….thanks! hadid? never heard of her, or her sisters. Jodi Arias never heard of this show. I don’t have cable tho. but yes, seems like we’re immune and accustomed to violence thru these type of shows. phil larkin haiku – brilliant, and your play on words is right on. Lipstick referral “glides on like silk underpants”, i’m heading to sephora, STAT. LOL and of course the questions of the century: What drives men to show their D#@$’s to women who’ve expressed no interest?” (nice concise question) WTH…… fn pig-men. i actually checked in today to see a grammy wrap up post, but i got just as much pleasure out of catching up. Ahhhh and the denim posts, always a riot.

Over at the NYT is an article written by a lady with terminal cancer and there’s a good number of similarities to this article and your experiences, I think. And just like you she’s a total narcissist!
