I just thought of another great show on ABC iView you might like. It’s called “Old People’s Home for Four Year Olds’. Kindergartners make regular visits to people in a nursing home and both groups get a lot of out of it. Tis v sweet!

You might also like Employable Me which you can see on ABC iView. It is in a very similar vein but it follows people with disabilities who are looking for work. It’s very lovely but heartbreaking at times too.

My husband and I watched the first two episodes. We really enjoyed them and will watch the rest. We have both worked in psych for many years and I loved how receptive they were to ways to improve their lives. Their parents are so supportive, so refreshing to see because that is not always the case. They must have wonderful programs in Australia.
I also thought with sadness about the people with Autism who were locked in State Hospitals most of their lives and never had a chance to experience anything close to a “normal” life due to fear, prejudice and lack support from the community. Hopefully, those days are over.

Sounds like you may not be a cis person. Maybe it’s that you’re on the spectrum but it also sounds like gender dysphoria to me.
