I bloody love that book and love the youtube clips of the movie! A world where wild kids can be as wild as they like and not only fit in but RULE?

And you get to be friends with Tony Soprano and a big headed but gentle monster thing? And have Catherine Keener as your mom?

Hope you and your mending hip are doing well..I am facing a surgery anxiety myself..my hubby’s doctor found a mass on his kidney and has to have surgery, and they don’t know if it’s malignant or benign…

I totally agree with Ann – that picture is so full of life and soul. What a bonny boy! Love to you both ALL OVER AGAIN (we can’t say it enough).

On a slightly more bitter note: danm you Sister Wolf, that’s the second time you’ve posted some amazing claw jewellery and it’s now a toss-up between paying my tuition fees or going Etsy shopping and I think we know which is going to win out here…

That picture of your Max takes my breath away. Max is a beautiful name for either a girl or a boy and blessed is he (or she) who can successfully carry the moniker.

The news that anyone (let alone Urban Outfitters) has planned any type of clothing line to commemorate the bastardization of one of the loveliest books of all time is disgraceful.

I’m trying to imagine who pays $600 for that get-up. My brother made himself a wild thing suit when he was in high school and wore it regularly for a couple of years until the tail dropped off.
