today i learnt that 2 layers of skin toned (my skin tone) nail polish looks really freakish. the only way you can use this stuff is to get so high from it as you put it on that you keep putting it on. then you forget that part ‘cuz of da brain cell lozzzzzz and do it again!

also, i heard a good joke in a movie from today, i think it was Hot Rod Girls, but not sure ‘cuz of duh brain zell lozzzzzz. but here goes- “what do you call the bastard child of…” oh damn, i forgot the rest, something about breakfast cereal.

Thank you for the reminder on #2. I have a sort of friend who has been escalating in The Crazy, but then suddenly seemed better. I hope that she is, but will keep #2 in mind in case this is a rare break and the mental and physical manifestations come back (oh please no).

Ah well, like I said before, I found it hard to say anything negative about a pregnant woman, especially one who seems as dopily in love with her husband as Hal. Good luck to her with the baby- and hats off to you for having the guts to admit you revised your first impression of her.

Glad you like Hal – she seems really nice (responds to all emails/links/tweets incredibly humbly) and I guiltily love her style, even the mad jewellery (though I had to draw the line at the bone necklace, but I’m clearly not hardcore enough). It’s good when someone nice comes through out of all the nasty people out there.

What Audi said about the crazies. It’s like intermittent reinforcement (which apparently is more effective than consistent reinforcement) which keeps us rats coming back to the crazy lever looking for emotional pellets.
