Loved A Place Beyond the Pines…that red dress leaves me totally flat, it is way too prim and retro, in a bad way.. The Oscars are getting long in the tooth, just like the Grammys…I don’t know who half the people are, the jimmy kimmel shtick got old, and the whole bringing in tourists thing made me cringe…I thought it was mean and demeaning…the oscars stopped being classy 20 years ago….and why of all the actors more interesting were warren Beatty and Faye chosen to present ?? Why were they exhumed? Yawwwwnn……..

Warren Beatty looked genuinely confused by the card he was holding. My interpretation of his body language was something like, “Um, Faye, do you see the same thing I’m seeing? Can you make any sense of this?” I didn’t interpret it as him shifting responsibility to Faye Dunaway. I’ll call a cunt a cunt when I see one, but this didn’t seem like a cunty moment.
