Alexa probably looks in the mirror and sees nothing but fat.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, in <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/shared\/spl\/hi\/picture_gallery\/05\/programmes_force_fed_\/html\/1.stm\" target=\"_blank\">Mauritania<\/a>, girls are still force-fed in order to procure a husband in a culture that regards obesity as socially desirable.
