First there was the jewelry, now <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywood.com\/news\/Barkin_Sues_Ex_for_34_Million\/4525462\" target=\"_blank\">this<\/a>: Ellen is suing her ex-husband, Ron Perelman, for $3.4 million, saying that he promised the amount to her production company before their marriage broke up.<\/p>\n<p>Even though Ellen has been awarded $40 million after a seven year marriage to Perelman, she says she is owed more. She insists he promised to give her company the money in eight payments, but hasn\u2019t given her a penny. Perelman\u2019s lawyer says he is still waiting for her \u2018production company\u2019 to start producing something.<\/p>\n<p>Sounds fair to me, Ellen. If I were you, I\u2019d be focusing on Perelman\u2019s hush-hush new relationship with Gina Gershon.
