After insisting that his obsession with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/articles\/297023\/ryan-shrugged-robert-costa\" target=\"_blank\">Ayn Rand<\/a> is an &#8220;urban legend,&#8221; a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theatlanticwire.com\/politics\/2012\/04\/audio-surfaces-paul-ryans-effusive-love-ayn-rand\/51711\/\" target=\"_blank\">tape has surfaced<\/a> in which Ryan<a href=\"http:\/\/www.atlassociety.org\/ele\/blog\/2012\/04\/30\/paul-ryan-and-ayn-rands-ideas-hot-seat-again\" target=\"_blank\"> gushes<\/a> about Ayn Rand&#8217;s philosophy:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;It\u2019s inspired me so much that it\u2019s required reading in my office for all my interns and my staff. We start with <em>Atlas Shrugged<\/em>.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What an asshole. Ayn Rand? What is he, sixteen?<\/p>\n<p>And then to lie about it when he&#8217;s on record, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ANox3_QNp0k\" target=\"_blank\">again and again<\/a>, of revering her! He had to denounce Ayn Rand because Catholics don&#8217;t like her atheism. Look for Ryan to become more rabidly Catholic as the Republican convention draws near.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who makes his interns read Atlas Shrugged is not only a moron but a fucking heartless cunt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oh, snap!
