And I know that is not your intent. On the other hand, there is the “Springtime for Hitler” thing in The Producers. So, I don’t know what to say.
And I’m surprised Galliano didn’t sport a Hitler mustache. You don’t see many of those around anymore. Nor do you hear of “Adolf” as a name for anyone anymore.

“My people” were directly affected by Hitler & Nazis – my mother lost her fist husband (and my 2 step brothers their father) during Nazi occupation of Poland. The civilians were routinely rounded up on the streets and shot; he just left home one day and never came back. My father was POW in Germany. And yet, somehow, I’m not offended.
