How much would it take to get you to see The Butler? For me, $500.

Before you answer, remember, it even has Robin Williams!

State your price.

Robin Williams with Oprah, Cuba Gooding, and Lenny Kravitz? There’s not enough money in the world. Unless Vanessa Redgrave plays Eleanor Roosevelt, in which case I’ll probably have to succumb. I know Jane Fonda is Nancy Reagan, which is almost inducement enough on its own. Almost.

  2. D.R. says:

I’ll do it twice for a quarter. “That’s what she said”.

  3. Kellie says:

    I would need at least $ 1500.00
Thats nearly 2 months rent, and i am sure it would feel like it was 2 months long at least sitting there in the theater.

But It’s inspired by a true story! My price is : someone else sets up my Internet and pays for it… And buys me a bottle of wine

  5. Winter Bird says:

This is a feature film? I thought it was a BET movie of the week. I cannot stomach Robin Williams. If I wanted to spend two hours with a manic bio-polar schizophrenic, I would rather visit my relatives.

  6. Cricket9 says:

I would probably see it for Alan Rickman and John Cusack. But then, I even watched “Transformers” on a bus to Quito once. I don’t have standards 🙁

  7. Braindance says:

    Why, Forest, why?
I have admired you ever since I saw Ghost Dog:Way of the Samurai, thought you were excellent in Last King Of Scotland and swooned a little when I heard you sing

It was around Repo Men, I started to wonder, what the funk?

And now, you assail my love with this moribund piece of “historical” balderdash?

You would need to pay me in time given back, oh, you can’t.
I am not wasting precious life force on this turd burger, not when I have Breaking Bad and Death Note to watch.

  8. for me i’d go for $50. i think i need to see oprah emote all over the place.

  9. Marky says:

    Oh, no.

  10. Andy says:

It doesn’t really have robin williams in it your making that up!

  11. me again says:

Robin Williams? That alone makes it priceless. That is, no price will make me see it. Ewww.
