Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2011
My first reaction to this collection was: Give me those fucking shoes!
It’s nothing to do with trends. I can’t walk in heels and a nice pointy oxford is my holy grail.
This whole Teddy Boy pimp look is such a treat! Everything about it is good. Comfortable, androgynous, provocative and easy to adapt for any body shape. I don’t know what men think about this look but that’s not our problem!
I can’t wait for the knock-off version of these shoes. Meanwhile, I have already nailed the slipping black bra-strap and I’d even call it my Signature, along with red lipstick. If you’re too lazy to adjust your bra-strap, you too can easily achieve this slutty panache!
No. The knock offs will be hideous. I am not a fan of this he/she look.
i applaud your taste!
You kind of have to be shaped like that to pull it off. And it looks fine for those who are. Yes, it can be adjusted for all shapes, but then it wouldn’t look so good.
I’m totally with you on the shoes though!
Love it – but can we burn that hat?
I can’t take my eyes off that flowing blue star-covered caftan behind her. I have a caftan fetish, what can I say. BUT THAT FANNY PACK! STOP THAT!
Love the oxfords, hate the Charlie Sheen hat.
The last time I ambled out of a public convenience having forgotten to zip up I tried to plead that it was just my “slutty panache” but the ‘Memsahib’ still gave me a whack with her handbag. Life is very unfair to us chaps, you know!
The big fat tie and the black pants **drool**.
I do love it and I have an unabashed love for oxfords (in fact most flats, I’m 6′ and hate to tower) in odd colors…these are just gorgeous and in fact I am a touch infatuated with the entire outfit…especially the slouchy socks.
The hair on the second model made my heart skip a beat. (Oh my days with a short men’s hairstyle, paying $6 at the barber and slicking it up like that in a minute flat…)
